Intersectionality and disability: Widening the lens

Hear from thought leaders about the complex and multi-faceted nature of identity; and how disability intersects with other aspects of a person's identity. The speakers will emphasize that while disability is a part of an individual’s identity; it does not define them. Through sharing their own experiences and insights; our thought leaders will help participants gain a better understanding of the intersectionality of identity; and the importance of recognising and respecting the diversity within their own workplaces. Participants will also reflect on their own identities and how they may intersect with disability; and provide practical strategies for creating inclusive workplaces.
