Using Mediation for Conflict Resolution Online Training

At this interactive course; we will explore the key principles and skills of mediation. We will show how it can be used to resolve complaints from customers and manage disputes in workplace settings. Mediation can be used in many areas including health; higher education; housing; family situations and the workplace. Through the use of case studies; the course will demonstrate how to use mediation in different contexts. The course will compare mediation to other forms of dispute resolution; whilst highlighting the benefits and the circumstances in which it can be used most effectively.
