The webinar series will inform paediatricians and pediatric endocrinologists how to recognise patients with CPP: and how to identify CPP amongst the wide variations of pubertal development (Bräuner: 2020). Once identified: does the patient with CPP need urgent therapy or a more conservative approach of careful observation? Key aspects of the child with rapidly advancing CPP will be clearly explained and demonstrated. The timing and initiation of GnRHa therapy will be discussed: with presentation of evidence comparing 6-monthly with 3-monthly and monthly administration.
