Effective Hearing Treatment for Healthy Aging

The world 's population is experiencing a shift towards an older demographic. The importance of maintaining good health in our later years cannot be overstated. This programme will cover the causes of cognitive decline and what the risk factors are. The programme will present the multinational; multicentre observational study on healthy aging in CI-recipients. a multidisciplinary panel of key experts in this field will discuss what can be done to preserve cognition in the elderly; what outcome measures are important in the elderly; and holistic approaches that form the framework of effective hearing treatment for healthy aging including cost effectiveness.
