About the event
Often women underestimate their abilities and shy away from self-advocacy at work. Lack of confidence can hold capable; talented people back. You will gain a better understanding of the particular challenges that women face in the workplace; and overcome the barriers that undermine confidence. This practical training will provide techniques and tips to project confidence in your role and manage challenging situations effectively. You will gain awareness of how different types of leadership styles can positively influence your team and organisation. Take away an action plan and gain the skills you need to develop resilience and communicate confidently.
