About the event
This course will provide a briefing that is focused; easy to understand and remember; and write submissions that clearly and succinctly summarise considerations and evidence relevant to a decision. Suitable for people from the civil service and other parts of the public sector who want to produce better information and advice. Also useful for those in the private and voluntary sectors who want to understand how government processes work. Work with the trainer on practical exercises to learn how to structure and prepare a written briefing and submission.
