YPREF How to Loan Agency

20 Mar 2024

About the event

The How to Loan Agency presentation will provide an overview of the facility agent and security agent roles in a real estate finance transaction together with insight into their obligations and how they are protected under the transaction documents; looking specifically at: Instructions; Indemnities; Costs & Expenses; LMA Protections; Security Documents; Practical Concerns. The session will be co-hosted by Alston & Bird and Trimont; and is therefore a good opportunity to see how lawyers and asset managers would approach a new transaction differently and what they would look for in the documents. The presenters will also discuss the latest trends in the real estate finance market generally and what they expect to see moving forward.
