CITB Nl; the industry training board for the construction industry are hosting their Women in Construction Summit to be held on Wednesday 13th March 2024. The Women in Construction Summit will challenge the business foundations within the construction industry - This March we are looking to "Redefine Foundations." This conference will be a full day of inspirational stories; business advice and career development for women currently working in the construction industry; those thinking of joining and for employers who support diversity or best practice in the industry. Hosted by Sarah Travers; former BBC Journalist and featuring a number of keynotes including Jules Coleman – Co founder of Resi; which provides the advice and architectural drawings for home development & her entrepreneurial journey; insights and perspective.
We represent the amalgamated operations of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and the Sector Skills Council for construction, ConstructionSkills in Northern Ireland. As an Industry Training Board and Sector Skills Council our role is to encourage the adequate training of those employed or intending to be employed in the construction industry and to improve the skills and productivity of the industry in Northern Ireland. We provide advice, courses and grants for training to help construction companies improve their skills to increase their competitive edge.
