Building regulations: Designing for Fire Safety - Integrating the duties of the Principal Designer under the Building Regulations and the Principal Designer under CDM. A key element of the post Grenfell initiatives is to substantially improve Fire Safety in buildings. his session will compare CDM 2015 / l153 Reg 29 with Approved Document B; and how these interface with the FSO; HSG 168 and other Fire Safety requirements.
