Emotional Intelligence for Senior Leaders in Education Online Training By developing your EQ; you can create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Examine how to effectively support and motivate your teaching staff by understanding their emotional needs and fostering a culture of professional growth. You will develop your understanding of emotional intelligence principles; exploring EQ through tools such as The Myers-Briggs framework (MBTI); and gain guidance for developing yourself and others; inspired by master practitioners such as Daniel Goleman. Explore the relationship between EQ and leadership; learning how to lead with authenticity and adaptability. Learn preferred approaches to communication; discussing effective communication with pupils; parents and staff and tailoring what works for your school.
