About the event
Developed for primary and secondary care healthcare professionals (HCPs); this presentation has been developed to support HCPs involved in T2DM and CKD management and help empower them to review their treatment options to manage those in their care optimally. This will be communicated through case studies; as well as exploring clinical data from pivotal trials in terms of what this means to patients. With expert-led breakout sessions; the meeting will also cover information on improving MDT management of people with T2DM and CKD.
