About the event
The Additional Learning Needs Code for Wales came into force in 2021 to ensure children and young people can access the right support to meet their needs. Utilising multi-partnership collaboration is essential for improving information sharing and outcomes for young people. Learn how to effectively develop; maintain and review Individual Care Plans (IDPs). We will hear from a best practice case study on implementing the talk with me delivery plan to ensure early intervention for communication delays. Learn how to embed effective Welsh-medium provision in your setting.
