Directors may be liable to penalties if they fail to carry out their duties; so it’s important to understand your statutory responsibilities; and exercise reasonable care in your position as Non-Executive Director (NED). Our online training course will focus on corporate governance; finance; risk; culture and strategy. The course will examine the attributes of a NED: Statutory duties; governance and oversight; being effective in the boardroom and managing risk.
