Climate resilience of UK assets through standardization

The National Infrastructure Commission’s second national infrastructure assessment (NIA2) has highlighted the importance of infrastructure resilience to increasing exposure from external shocks like climate change. But there's still a danger we under-invest in resilience unless service standards are agreed and set.
