The role of colleagues working with young children is so rewarding but ultimately at times can be extremely challenging. Information and advice is needed more than ever so educators and leaders can provide the best support for children and their families. We are excited to launch our first in service SEND conference to help educators to begin to feel confident and competent to support children with emerging and increasing areas of need. Attendees can hear keynote speeches and join interactive workshops focusing on the care and education delivered to the most vulnerable children.
The Early Years Alliance is the largest and most representative early years membership organisation in England. We support early years providers to deliver quality, affordable and sustainable care and learning to families, and work to ensure that all children, regardless of background, are given the best possible start in life. The Alliance’s vision is a society where every child enjoys the same opportunity to learn through play. We believe families should be at the centre of policy-making and parents empowered to become more involved with their child’s learning and development.
