About the event
We will hear from disabled people; and renowned leaders in the charity sector; on what is needed from the government to make services accessible and drive sustainable change. What reforms will help to tackle pressures from the increasing cost of living; challenges with welfare and employment; and the ongoing social care crisis? We will set out the actions that businesses can take to understand disabled customers’ experiences and improve the accessibility of their products and services. We will share guidance for making buildings and venues more accessible. We will focus on disability rights in the workplace; and how employment can drive inclusion.
