The largest and only gathering for the Private Placement industry – a key component of the capital markets / debt financing landscape. Around 80% of all the Banks active in this space are existing sponsors onsite; hosting back to back meetings that launch the deal flow for the market each year. Attendees begin planning meetings in Miami 3-4 months in advance in anticipation of the event. Our close relationship with the Private Placement  Investors Association (PPiA) ensures all the major investors (200+ individuals from 50+ firms) are represented onsite. It is safe to say this is 'THE' event to be at in private placements. We have no real competition; except from Spencer Keyworth's  Private Placement Europe event; and adjacent (but not PP focused) capital markets conferences (I.e. Structured Finance; Project Finance etc).
