A course of 6 early evening 2 hour sessions of presentation and panel discussion delivered by 30 expert Speakers and Panellists: providing answers to many of the questions faced by both those considering a move into Non-Executive Director as well as those already established: Where does one look for NED opportunities? What is the reality of being a NED? What does an NED need to know about Finance: Insurance: Cyber Security? Where can one hear first-hand: practical accounts of how issues get dealt with in the boardroom? How should NEDs be paid and how much?
Transpire exists to help non-executive directors, board members, business leaders and executives operating at or near board level develop the competencies, knowledge and skills they need to increase the contribution they make at board level. Our Members share a passion for giving back to society through the application of their knowledge and experience to boards and for lifelong learning. They recognize the need to keep their knowledge and skills up to date by engaging in Continuing Professional Development and networking with peers which Transpire facilitates through its CPD & Networking Events Programmes, its Faculties and the Transpire Connect community platform.
