The BCO's forthcoming seminar to launch; 'Corporate Culture' and tour the new Lewis's Building. Katrina Kostic Samen; The event will present the recently BCO commissioned research report on Corporate Culture and how office moves and consolidations can create culture change. This report examines the way in which organisations must embrace change in order to survive day-to-day issues; challenges and crises. Furthermore; it looks at how the design of workspace and company leadership can create a work environment that ensures an engaged and productive workforce who will support the company vision and contribute to its commercial success.
