About the event
The Flow Coaching Academy (FCA) programme empowers frontline staff to improve patient flow through the health care system. The course teaches coaches skills of quality improvement; team coaching and social movements. Coaches put their skills into practice by leading Big Room meetings; which bring together staff from each step of the patient journey and enables them to assess; diagnose and iteratively test changes to improve patient flow. This day will introduce you the Flow Coaching Academy; Big Rooms (and how they work in practice); the experience of being a coach and how to measure the wider impact of the approach.
