Please provide us with a brief overview of your organisation. What do you do?

Workplace Bereavement Advocacy provides training that equips bereavement advocates with essential skills to support adults facing loss in the workplace and professionals who work with children and young people who have experienced loss. This specialised training addresses the unique challenges and emotional needs that arise following a loss, helping advocates to provide appropriate guidance, resources and compassionate support. The training prepares individuals to handle diverse grief responses and to foster and understanding and respectful environment that promotes healing and resilience across various settings.

Why did you become a CPD provider?

We became a CPD member to communicate to our customers that the courses we offer are of high quality and of value. The quality assurance provided by The CPD Certification Service, which is internationally recognised, supports us in the growth and development of the business.

How did you implement CPD accreditation in your organisation?

We began implementing CPD accreditation within our organisation by incorporating the CPD logo into our training materials and course certificates. This strategic enhancement elevates the credibility of what we have to offer whilst communicating our commitment to CPD. Additionally, we have integrated the CPD logo into our email signatures, reinforcing quality assurance in our communications and features prominently on other marketing materials.

How has CPD helped your organisation achieve its learning objectives?

CPD has supported our organisation in achieving its learning objectives by providing a structured framework for professional development. By ensuring that our training programmes are aligned to the CPD standards we ensure that what we offer is relevant, comprehensive and respected.
