Cpac Modular has extensive experience in the design and build of modular volumetric accommodation. We have an experienced Project Team that deliver all aspects of the design and build process including planning, major infrastructure upgrades and public road opening works. With over 40 years’ experience in quality-controlled offsite lean manufacturing. We deliver innovative systems and solutions for our clients and their design teams. Our in-house design and engineering teams collaborate in our CDE, utilising Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit and Tekla to ensure our projects are built to the highest design and quality standards. The Cpac Modular Building system complies with Building Regulations and has independent system fire tests for our External Wall, Intermediate Floor and Roof. This has enabled us to successfully deliver a wide variety of complex projects throughout Ireland for Education, Healthcare, Pharma and Commercial clients.
