OMC Governance Institute

OMC Governance provides comprehensive training courses for both newly appointed and experienced voluntary directors of Owners’ Management Companies (OMC) in Ireland. Our training programs offer industry leading practical and professional guidance on the role of the OMC voluntary director and the obligations arising under the Multi-Unit Development Act, 2011, the Companies Act, 2014 and the Property Services (Regulation) Act, 2011. In addition our courses provide training on specific everyday problems faced by company directors, property agents, stakeholders and unit owners, including the levying and recovery of service charges, the liability of common areas and common area transfers, setting and changing House Rules, legacy construction defect issues and the proper management of the company annual general meetings.
