Brand new for 2020; this workshop explores the new rules surrounding Defined Benefits. You will learn how to navigate your way through the new world that will be Defined Benefits advice and transfers; following the release of PS20/06 and the new rules that come into force on the 1st October. We will deep dive into triage; the data gathering process; abridged advice; TVC & APTA; PII requirements; how to compile suitability reports and how your files need to look from both a client and a compliance perspective.
