Beyond Equality Inclusive Leadership Training

This leadership training program aims to empower student and community leaders with the knowledge; confidence; and essential skills to create initiatives; all towards creating safer spaces in their communities; societies and clubs. The training program guides leaders through a series of exercises; aiming to provide frameworks for implementing changes within clubs/societies to create safer and more inclusive cultures. It then allows them space to explore how leaders can have a significant impact on addressing some of the biggest issues faced in the UK and what type of leader they want to be. We use various perspectives; including intersectional feminism; power and privilege; and communication skills.
