Beyond Equality facilitate interactive training workshops with school staff to empower them to have the confidence to challenge harmful aspects of gender norms and build inclusive communities through rethinking masculinies. Our interactive workshops aim to provide staff with: an improved understanding of how masculinities affect young people impacting their experiences & behaviour; an ability to recognise language and influences that create pressure to conform to rigid and harmful stereotypes; the confidence to positively intervene and influence studentsÂ’ experiences & behaviour; resources to build a whole school approach.

Beyond Equality
When it comes to talking about gender inequality at work, more often than not, men are not seen as part of the solution. But the gender pay gap, workplace sexual harassment, maternity discrimination, and unfair hiring & promotion practices will not be overcome by women simply trying harder nor by women “leaning in”. Beyond Equality runs equality, inclusion and masculinites workshops with men and boys in schools, universities and workplaces.
