About the CPD course

This curriculum looks at the ten most common ailments that affect children in our nurseries. It moves on to the ten most common illnesses (as outlined by the NHS); before focusing to meningitis. By the end of this curriculum; you will be able to: State how to care for children who are showing signs of being unwell; Identify the symptoms of common childhood illnesses and infections; including meningitis; Identify skin rashes frequently seen on children; Indicate who we need to notify and demonstrate confidence in acting quickly.
