About the CPD course

This half day session introduces Quality Improvement (QI) methodology for those who are either involved in QI projects or thinking about being involved and want to learn about the Model for Improvement. During this training attendees will learn about the model for improvement; including how to develop an Aim Statement; a Driver Diagram and run Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) cycles to test change ideas and bring about incremental improvement. The training also introduces the use of data as measures for improvement.
