About the CPD course
This full day session training and tools is to help senior leaders (and sponsors) lead services and/or teams to either adopt an improvement approach or to undertake QI projects. Below are some of the roles of the QI sponsor: Support; promote and act as a champion of the project Articulate the project’s vision to others Be the project’s voice to senior executives Holding team to account for project progression and maintaining project momentum. Advocate for service user and carer involvement Understand how to use data for improvement Help resolve issues and unblock any barriers
