About the CPD course

This piece of training has been developed to explore the issue of conflict; the individuals relationship with and personal response to conflict with suggested ways to de-escalate situations and manage teams more successfully. The training has been written primarily for members of our own organisation but may also be available to other charities and businesses for a small fee which is always re-invested in our advocacy services.
