About the CPD course

A face-to-face training workshop on health and safety incident investigation techniques. This course includes an afternoon of practical exercises where delegates will investigate an incident; starting with a first aid report; analyse documents; examine the location; and interview witness. Finally; the delegates complete a 5 Whys Analysis and identify actions to prevent reoccurrence.
