A 45-minute online training course to provide staff training on the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (EMRs) for FCA regulated E-Money Institutions. The course will allow learners to understand what constitutes a regulated activity; what is the role of the FCA and how they will monitor the firm. The course will also ensure firms and their employees understand the various rules outline in the EMRs.
