About the CPD course

A one-day workshop to support health and care professionals to understand what is meant by Frailty and how perceptions may differ across populations and cultures. The workshop will explore models and tools for assessing frailty and treatment pathways for patients with frailty at mild: moderate and severe levels. This course takes a multidimensional approach and uses group discussions: videos and taught content to explore best practice and person-centred care. The course is delivered by a clinical expert associate.
