About the CPD course

The focus of this course is on when mental health becomes a disability. We look at how we can identify when an intervention is needed and how we can best help employees with disabling conditions that prevent them from safely giving their best in their roles. The trainers that you see in our learning content are all qualified in their relative fields. Former military service and experience of mental illness and recovery bring another relatable dimension to this learning.
