About the CPD course

This pathway equips managers with the basic knowledge; confidence; and skills to understand resilience and teaches how to protect and grow personal resilience. Using professional expertise and lived experience of changeable mental health; at Eleos we aim to bring the risks and opportunities around mental health and wellbeing to life; avoiding overly clinical language. The trainers that you see in our learning content are all qualified in their relative fields in this case as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Psychotherapist. Former military service and experience of mental illness and recovery bring another relatable dimension to this learning.
