This Level 1 Safeguarding Children course provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to safeguard children; It describes the common types of abuse; how to recognise them; and how to respond to concerns; It also explains how to correctly report their concerns and how to act if faced with disclosure; The course uses a variety of written text; interactive group activities; and real-life case studies to help you understand your responsibilities.
