Over two days, our solution-focused workshop immerses participants in dynamic exercises fostering collaborative problem-solving skills. Through interactive sessions participants will explore techniques to identify strengths set achievable goals and overcome obstacles. Guided by the facilitators, participants learn to utilise resources effectively enhancing resilience and adaptability. Engaging discussions and real-life case studies deepen understanding while practical simulations reinforce learning. Our best hopes are the participants will emerge equipped with actionable strategies, newfound confidence, and a clear roadmap for progress. Participants will leave empowered to tackle challenges with innovative solutions, fostering a culture of positivity and productivity within their teams and organisations.
Established in 2012, Family Based Solutions addresses the needs of families experiencing numerous challenges. Over the years, they've expanded their services to aid families recovering from domestic abuse, adults exhibiting harmful behaviours, and introduced Building On Strengths and Solutions (B.O.S.S), a well-being service for students and staff in schools. FBS expertise include providing training to both statutory and non-statutory organisations, including the Met Police, NSPCC, Educators, and Social Care. As a strength-based organisation, their training workshops emphasise solution-focused approaches to enhance both individual and organisational development.
