About the CPD course

This course is designed to introduce and educate delegates on how to properly take samples and test for traces of drugs and alcohol. It provides an extensive background of what to expect and cautions that must be taken to ensure a seamless appointment as well as outcome. Establishes the need for workplace drug and alcohol testing; to survey the safety of employees/members of the public. Taught using Matrix Diagnostics Drug tests and Point of Care and Chain of Custody forms as examples. Also shown with OneStep Alcohol Test strips and sample pots. Information taught in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
