HENRY Core Training

The HENRY approach to tackling child obesity was developed by Mary Rudolf a consultant paediatrician and specialist in infant nutrition and growth and Candida Hunt a training consultant and specialist in parenting and behaviour change; The Core Training applies a strengths-based and partnership approach to working with parents addressing the different elements that together form the foundation for lifelong physical and emotional wellbeing; We believe that this approach can be a catalyst for change; enabling practitioners and families to work together to promote a healthy family lifestyle and the best start in life for babies and children;
