The HENRY approach to tackling child obesity was developed by Mary Rudolf; consultant paediatrician and specialist in infant nutrition and growth; and Candida Hunt; a training consultant and specialist in parenting and behaviour change. HENRY training is underpinned by the latest research into complex factors that protect against; or lead to obesity. This course recognises that childcare settings play a vital role in providing a healthy start for young children and aims to support settings in promoting a healthy start.
