About the CPD course

This Equality; Diversity and Inclusion training course has been developed to provide learners with a better understanding of their rights; to know what is expected of them and their workplace. The course looks at the Equality Act 2010 and explains each of the nine protected characteristics under this Act; providing examples and exercises along the way. It also uses example-based learning of the nine protected characteristics in and amongst the concepts of equality; diversity; inclusion; discrimination; harassment etc. to help learners understand these concepts in day-to-day scenarios.
