About the CPD course

This course is a starting point for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the housing sector. Aimed at senior leadership and frontline staff alike; this course will provide the tools to work inclusively with and for LGBTQ+ staff and tenants and ensure that when interacting with LGBTQ+ staff and tenants these interactions are positive. This course will focus on the power of these positive interactions and indicate the power you have as individuals and as an organisation to ensure LGBTQ+ colleagues and tenants feel psychologically safe; accepted for who they are and that they belong.
