About the CPD course

This successful mentoring programme has so far served 1;650 mentees across UK over the past 12 years. It consists of 4 group workshops; 5 or more mentoring meetings; and any agreed relevant short assignments. There is a full initial briefing; personality assessments; and each mentor and mentee are given a practical handbook. Mentors and mentees are always from different organisations and matched carefully. The 10-month programme culminates in a national celebration.

Housing Diversity Network is an established social enterprise that helps to ensure organisations get the best from all of their staff, meet the needs of the communities they serve and as an organisation is committed to addressing inequality more broadly in society. We are a membership organisation that provides mentoring programmes, conferences, specialist advice and expertise and training across England. We have well over 100 member organisations across the country and have great working relationships with a wide range of partners.
