Inclusive Recruiter Training

This one-day inclusive recruitment training course equips recruiters and talent acquisition professionals with the skills to provide inclusive recruitment services to clients or internal stakeholders. Participants will learn about the business case for Equity; Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and how unconscious bias can influence the recruitment process. The course offers strategies for attracting diverse talent; writing inclusive job descriptions; and conducting and scoring interviews without bias. It also covers engaging clients and stakeholders as inclusive recruitment providers and ensuring a positive; inclusive candidate experience. By the end; participants will be ready to implement inclusive recruitment practices effectively.
