About the CPD course
This half day inclusive recruitment training course equips hiring managers with the skills and tools to ensure they conduct recruitment for their teams inclusively. Participants will learn about the business case for Equity; Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and how unconscious bias can influence the recruitment process. The course offers strategies for conducting and scoring interviews without bias and ensuring a positive; inclusive candidate experience. By the end; participants will be ready to implement inclusive recruitment practices effectively when hiring for their teams.
