Approaches and techniques to teach LISTENING communicatively

In the approaches and techniques to teach Arabic using listening in skill: the trainee teachers will be able to navigate: analyse and think critically about the different approaches and techniques to teach and use listening activity effectively. They will reflect: discuss: and be clear about pedagogy behind different teaching strategies. The ways of adapting activities to their students’ needs and levels: to the aim of the session. They will learn how to choose and assess listening activities according to the aims and set a context to each listening activity they need. Creating good interaction and communication during different listening activities encourage and motivate students to learn and understand the target language in a listening activity is another focus of the session.
