About the CPD course

Managing others can be one of the toughest challenges that we face at work covering a huge range of responsibilities. This programme aims to cover some of the key management skills required to do these things. Learners will leave with a good understanding of best practice and how to get the best out of their teams. The programme covers some of the aspects of managing people that we generally find managers can find most difficult - for example giving feedback; difficult conversations and addressing underperformance.
