The session will provide learners with an understanding of what safeguarding is; and the importance of organisations having effective mechanisms in place to protect clients; team members and partners from harm as well as protecting the organisation’s reputation. Learners will also gain an insight into safeguarding concerns and how to create a safe and inclusive workplace culture to prevent incidences from occurring. =The session is interactive and includes exercises and group discussions.
