About the CPD course
The session will provide learners with an insight into MSI polices and guidance which outline MSI’s approach to safeguarding; the values and behaviours expected from team members; behaviours constituting safeguarding violations and how safeguarding can be embedded into organisational culture. Learners will also gain an understanding of the importance of having the right staff in place and how to ensure this through safe and effective recruitment practices. Learners will further gain an insight into the benefits of safeguarding risk assessments for identifying and mitigate risks. The session is interactive and includes exercises and group discussions.
