About the CPD course

Healthy Minds tackles issues around low self-esteem; isolation; stress and anxiety. It encourages use of positive strategies for dealing with change; managing deafness; developing confidence and building social skills. During this training; you will learn how to effectively use our Healthy Minds resource. You will have opportunities to try these techniques and methods; whilst sharing ideas with others. Youll leave feeling inspired and confident to encourage deaf children and young people to explore ideas and create strategies to prevent low self-esteem and poor mental health.
